Over on the Digital Songs chart, we have a new No. 1, as will.i.am & Britney Spears' "Scream & Shout," jumps from No. 66 to the top with 196,000 downloads sold (up 483%). The song debuted on last week's tally with five days of sales, as it was released on Nov. 21. The newest chart data reflects its first full sales week (ending Dec. 2), along with impact felt from its music video's premiere on "The X Factor" (Nov. 28). "Scream & Shout" is will.i.am's first No. 1 on the Digital Songs chart as a lead artist. For Spears, it's her seventh No. 1 on the eight year old tally.

Priče o novom albumu su zvanično počele. Nakon što nam je Elijah oktrio da on i Darkchild rade na novom Britninom albumu, progovorio je i o detaljima.

U izjavi za sajt ThatGrapeJuice, Elijah Blake koji je pisao za Rihannu otkrio je da radi na novom albumu Britney Spears. “Mislim da će njeni fanovi biti veoma iznenađenji pravcem u kome idemo. Ovo je neočekivano od Britney na mnogo načina, igra se sa novim teksturama i gazi po novim predelima i zalazi u nove žanrove,” otkriva Elijah.

On je zaslužan za Usherov #1 hit, Climax, kao i Rihannin reggae izlet na novom albumu, No Love Allowed.


Želim da ljudima ponudimo nešto novo i drugačije, ona je rešila da se otvori, i novi album će biti zaista ličan sa Rodnijem (Darkchild) na svojoj strani. Pričamo o čoveku koji već godinama iznova menja muziku. Ovaj ablum će biti totalno ludilo. Moji tekstovi su kao konverzacija, ili proces razmišljanja. Ona je jako kul i skromna , i odaje toliko samopouzdanja da je pisanje tekstova sa njom jednostavno. Raditi sa njom je blagoslov.
